Spaghetti Ala Carbonara

- 1 lb. thick sliced bacon
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 onion
- pinch of rosemary
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 lb. spaghetti (with hole in it)
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- pinch of parsley
Directions

1Cut bacon into small pieces. Fry in butter and oil the onion, chopped into small pieces and rosemary.

2Saute and then add white wine.

3Cook for 5 minutes with wine.

4Make sure bacon is cooked well.

5Cool spaghetti for minimum time on package (al dente). Combine eggs, cheese and parsley in a large bowl; beat with fork. Add spaghetti; mix well.

6Add bacon mixture; mix well and serve.
