Spaghetti Ala Carbonara

  • 1 lb. thick sliced bacon
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 onion
  • pinch of rosemary
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 lb. spaghetti (with hole in it)
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of parsley

Directions

    Cut bacon into small pieces. Fry in butter and oil the onion, chopped into small pieces and rosemary.

    Saute and then add white wine.

    Cook for 5 minutes with wine.

    Make sure bacon is cooked well.

    Cool spaghetti for minimum time on package (al dente). Combine eggs, cheese and parsley in a large bowl; beat with fork. Add spaghetti; mix well.

    Add bacon mixture; mix well and serve.
