  • 2 whole Large Ripe Tomatoes
  • 3 ounces, weight Sliced Mozzarella Fresca
  • 6 whole Fresh Basil Leaves, Rinsed And Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper

    Boil pasta according to directions.

    Set aside.

    Layer tomatoes and cheese around the outside of the plate.
