- 1 lb. mostaccioli
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt to taste
- pinch of red pepper
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- Parmesan cheese
- Romano cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon and drain.

2In same pan put oil, butter, salt and red pepper.

3Simmer.

4Beat eggs well.

5Cook pasta in 5 quarts salted boiling water.

6Cook al dente on hard side.

7Drain pasta. Put in bowl.

8Pour egg over pasta, then oil and butter mixture, then cheese.

9Serve immediately.
