Spaghetti Carbonara

- 8 eggs
- 8 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. bacon or c. diced ham
- 2 c. white wine (1 for the chef, 1 for the pot)
Directions

1In a large pan (frying pan), fry cut up bacon until crisp. Drain off grease.

2Pour in wine and simmer.

3Meanwhile, as bacon is simmering, cook the spaghetti.

4Then mix eggs and cheese together in a mixing bowl.

5When spaghetti is ready, drain and return to pan.

6Add the cheese and egg mixture, covering the spaghetti.

7Mix thoroughly.

8Finally, add wine and bacon mixture; mix thoroughly.

9Serve immediately.
