Spaghetti Casserole

  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef and/or spaghetti
  • 1 (32 oz.) can or jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles; drain well.

    Beat 3 eggs and add to the noodles. Add Parmesan cheese and mix.

    Brown ground beef and add to spaghetti sauce.

    Butter an oblong baking dish (do not use a metal pan) and put noodle mixture in.

    Cover with meat sauce and add Mozzarella cheese and more Parmesan cheese to cover top.

    Bake at 350° until cheese browns, about 30 minutes.
