Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can ripe olives
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and pepper; drain.

2Pour mixture in large saucepan.

3Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, cubed Velveeta and cooked spaghetti.

4Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Pour into 5-quart casserole and top with grated Cheddar cheese.

6Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.

7Serves 12 to 16.
