- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions

1Cook beef, onion and green pepper in butter until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

2Stir to separate meat particles.

3Add soups, water and garlic.

4Heat.

5Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.

6Top with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350°

8for 30 minutes, or until bubbling and hot.
