- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 large can tomato sauce or 1 medium jar Prego or Ragu
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 c. or more sour cream
Directions

1Saute onion in 1 stick of margarine and 1 pound ground beef. Cook tomato sauce or Prego or Ragu, garlic power and sugar.

2If too thick, may add a little water.

3Cook spaghetti; drain.

4Mix 1 stick of margarine and sour cream.

5Layer spaghetti and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each layer.

6Top with Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
