- 1/4 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- cooking oil as needed
- 1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
- 1 can tomato soup (no water)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Brown onion and beef in oil.

3Add corn, soup and seasonings.

4In a greased 2-quart casserole, place two layers of spaghetti, meat mixture and cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Freezable.

7Warm up leftovers in microwave. Makes 8 servings.
