  • 2 (7 oz.) boxes thin spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, fine
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Saute beef and margarine until brown; add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

    Remove from heat. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, scallions and green pepper.
