Spaghetti Chicken Casserole

- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
- 1 whole chicken (fryer)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can English peas (optional)
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions

1Boil fryer in seasoned water and save broth. Remove chicken from bone. Cook spaghetti in broth; drain. Grate cheese and add spaghetti. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter and add to spaghetti. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and chicken. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
