- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- minced onion
- 16 oz. (2 cans) tomato in puree
- 1/2 to 3/4 box spaghetti
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Drain off fat.

3Add cans of tomato and onion. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

4Break spaghetti into 3rds and cook.

5Drain and add 1/2 stick of butter to spaghetti in pot.

6Add meat mixture.

7Add cheese.

8Mix and put in casserole dish.

9Heat through at 350°.
