- 300 g new potatoes, sliced
- 300 g spaghetti
- 200 g trimmed green beans, cut in half
- 120 g fresh pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, for drizzling
Directions

1Pour a kettle of boiling water into a very large pan until half full.

2Return to the boil, then add the potatoes and spaghetti, and a little salt.

3Cook for 10 minutes until the potatoes and pasta are almost tender.

4Tip in the green beans and cook for 5 minutes more.

5Drain well, reserving 4 tbsp of the cooking liquid.

6Return the potatoes, pasta and beans to the pan.

7stir in the fresh pesto and reserved cooking liquid.

8Season to taste.

9divide between four serving plates.

10Drizzle with a little olive oil.
