  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or sliced Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. or more spaghetti
  • 1 can tomato soup (may add 1 can tomato paste)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • Italian seasonings (oregano, sweet basil)
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic salt
  • chopped onion

Directions

    Brown meat and onion. Sprinkle with salts and pepper. Add tomato soup and seasonings. Boil spaghetti. Drain (don't overcook). In crock-pot, layer spaghetti with cheese and meat sauce. Mix mushroom soup and 1 can of water and pour over the mixture in the crock-pot. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or cook in crock-pot on medium for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly.
