- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 4 to 6 qt. boiling water
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute garlic in olive oil over low to medium heat, about 10 minutes.

2Do not brown.

3Cover and keep hot.

4Add salt to boiling water and cook noodles until tender.

5Drain, reserving 1/4 cup water.

6Stir reserved water into garlic mixture.

7Pour over spaghetti and toss.

8Serve with Parmesan cheese.
