Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Dry Italian Breadcrumbs (heaping Cup)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Small Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 jars (26 Oz. Jar) Spaghetti Sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except olive oil and sauce together in a bowl.

    Roll meatballs into 1-inch balls and set aside.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown each side of the meatballs.

    Once all are browned, place meatballs in a pot with the spaghetti sauce and simmer on low for 1 hour.

    Serve over spaghetti and enjoy!
