- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 large can cooked tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
Directions

1In electric skillet, salt the bottom of the skillet and crumble meat and let brown (no need to add oil to skillet, ground beef has enough oil).

2Add onion, garlic and chili powder and stir.

3Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir.

4Add oregano and Parmesan cheese.

5Use two knives to cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.

6Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
