- 2 medium zucchini, shredded
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti as instructed on package.

2Just before draining pasta, add vegetables; drain immediately.

3In medium pan, heat sauce.

4Place spaghetti and vegetables on large platter.

5Pour on sauce and add cheese; toss well.
