- 4 c. cooked spaghetti
- 3 eggs
- 4 bacon slices, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- salad oil
Directions

1About 45 minutes before serving:

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except salad oil.

3In large skillet over medium heat in 3 tablespoons hot salad oil, drop 3 heaping 1/2 cup mounds of spaghetti mixture.

4Using a pancake turner, press each mound into a 4-inch patty.

5Fry patties until golden brown, about 7 minutes, turning once.

6Remove to platter; keep warm.

7Repeat with remaining spaghetti mixture, adding more oil if necessary.

8Serve with any meat, poultry or fish dish in place of potatoes or rice.
