- 2 c. cooked spaghetti
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef or more
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce or more
- 1/3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1While hot, mix spaghetti, egg, butter and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 10-inch pie plate and form a crust.

2Spread Ricotta cheese on pie crust.

3Brown ground beef in a skillet and pour onto Ricotta cheese.

4Pour spaghetti sauce over the pie and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

5Remove pie and add Mozzarella cheese.

6Cook a remaining 5 to 15 minutes more.

7Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

8Add extra spaghetti sauce as desired.
