Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Form into crust in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.

4Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust.

5Cook beef and onion until meat is brown.

6Drain fat.

7Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic powder.

8Heat through.

9Put mixture into crust.

10Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350°.

11Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.

12Bake 5 minutes more.
