Spaghetti Pie

  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Mix cooked spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese.

    Pat into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.

    Combine onion and sour cream; spoon over spaghetti.

    Combine meat, tomato paste and water.

    Pour over cream/onion mix.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
