- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Add margarine, cheese and beaten eggs.

3Mix and form into crust in 10-inch pie pan.

4In skillet, brown beef; add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar and oregano.

5Cook on low 10 to 15 minutes.

6Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.

7Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt over cottage cheese and spread meat sauce over cottage cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Sprinkle with Mozzarella.

9Bake 5 minutes.

10Remove from oven.

11Allow to sit 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
