- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to box; drain.

2Stir into hot spaghetti the butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Pack mixture onto bottom and sides of a 10-inch pie plate.

4Spread the cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.

5Cook the ground beef, onion and pepper until tender and brown.

6Drain off fat.

7Add undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

8Spread the heated mixture over spaghetti crust.
