  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs (well Beaten)
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (or Ricotta)
  • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
  • # 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 (8 Ounce) Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 Ounces Tomato Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

    Drain, set aside in a bowl.

    Add margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs to the pasta.

    Press noodle mixture into the bottom of a greased 10 inch pie pan.
