- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, broken
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- Slices of pepperoni
Directions

1Mix cooked spaghetti, egg, milk, garlic powder and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.

2Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

3Brown the hamburger and drain the fat.

4Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.

5Simmer a little.

6Spread over the spaghetti.

7Put slices of pepperoni all over the top.

8Spread with remaining 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

9Bake 20 minutes at 350° until bubbly.

11After you pour the spaghetti sauce mix over the spaghetti, you may freeze the dish and use later. When you pull it out of the freezer, top with pepperoni and cheese and bake.
