- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. any herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Blend milk and egg in a medium bowl.

2Add spaghetti and toss. Spray a 15 x 10-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.

3Spread spaghetti mixture evenly in the pan.

4Cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic in a large skillet until beef is just brown. Drain.

5Add tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.

6Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti.

7Top with mushrooms and cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
