  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. any herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Blend milk and egg in a medium bowl.

    Add spaghetti and toss. Spray a 15 x 10-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.

    Spread spaghetti mixture evenly in the pan.

    Cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic in a large skillet until beef is just brown. Drain.

    Add tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.

    Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti.

    Top with mushrooms and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
