  • 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 small can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
  • pinch of basil and oregano
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Italian sausage, cooked
  • 8 oz. pepperoni, sliced (use less)
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch flat casserole with Pam, then begin to layer:

    spaghetti, pour melted margarine over, then tomato sauce, spices, garlic, salt and pepper, 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 pound Swiss. Add green pepper, onion, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. Cover with 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 pound Swiss cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly and cheeses are melted thoroughly.
