Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (twisted bite size)
- 1/2 c. lettuce, shredded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 slices cooked ham, chopped
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3 small sweet pickles, chopped
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. radishes, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. carrots, chopped
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package; drain and rinse with cold water.

2Set aside.

3Combine lettuce, onion, ham, Cheddar cheese, pickles, green peppers, radishes, celery and carrots.

4Mix well. Stir in spaghetti, then combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.

5Pour over spaghetti and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce if desired.
