- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarse pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 fresh, cut up pepper
- 1 sliced carrot
Directions

1Break spaghetti into thirds.

2Cook and drain.

3Place everything remaining into blender; whirl until pepper and carrot are coarsely chopped.

4Pour over cooked spaghetti.

5Let set overnight; stir occasionally.

6If spaghetti is slightly warm it will absorb more flavor.
