Ingredients

  • 1 lb. vermicelli
  • 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. black olives
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1 large jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook vermicelli 6 to 8 minutes.

    Drain; do not rinse.

    Mix ReaLemon and oil with vermicelli.

    Toss and cover.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Dice olives, peppers, celery and onions real fine; add pimentos.

    Mix with garlic salt and Accent.

    Cover and refrigerate in separate bowl overnight.

    Next day, mix vermicelli and veggies with Miracle Whip, salt and pepper.
