Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag FL spaghetti
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 large carrots
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. FL sweet relish
  • 2 Tbsp. whole celery seed
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Break spaghetti into 2-inch strips, then cook per bag directions.

    Dice cucumber, tomato, onion and bell pepper; shred carrots.

    Drain spaghetti and let cool.

    When cooled, mix all ingredients in large salad bowl; salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is okay).

    Serves 10 or more.
