  • 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 bay leaf, broken in half
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. pepper
