- 1/2 c. chopped, dried onion
- 5 basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 3 to 4 pork neck bones
Directions

1In large pot, pour puree, 3 puree cans of water, tomato paste and spices.

2Brown neckbones in a skillet and add to sauce. Simmer several hours until thick.
