  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. chopped, dried onion
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 to 4 pork neck bones

    In large pot, pour puree, 3 puree cans of water, tomato paste and spices.

    Brown neckbones in a skillet and add to sauce. Simmer several hours until thick.
