- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 c. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. crushed garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large saucepan, brown beef and drain fat. Add oil, sauce, paste, onion, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and garlic. Bring to a boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir frequently.
