- 1/2 lb. beef, cut up
- 1 large chopped onion
- 6 qt. tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 large can tomato paste
Directions

1Brown pork and beef in Dutch oven.

2Add onion and tomatoes. Add bay leaf, oregano, salt and parsley.

3Cover and simmer 4 hours.

4Uncover and add tomato paste.

5Remove meat and simmer until thick.
