- 1/4 onion
- 2 c. tomatoes or juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. red cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- dash of ginger
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. clover
- 1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.
