  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 small cans tomato paste
  • 3 medium cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can water for each can sauce
  • 1 small ketchup per lb. beef
  • 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 6 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic flakes
  • 6 branches celery, chopped

Directions

    Brown beef and drain.

    Simmer all ingredients together in large pot for 5 hours.
