- 2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- thyme and oregano to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Add all ingredients to the browned hamburger; simmer a couple of hours until cooked down and thickened.

2Remove the bay leaf. Serve over spaghetti style pasta.

3Makes 10 to 12 large servings.
