- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions, diced
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 8 oz. long spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese, in 4-quart pressure cooker.

2Cook 12 minutes at 15 pounds pressure. Reduce pressure quickly under cold running water.

3Serve over cooked spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese.
