- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 oz. Mexene chili powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano flakes
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- hot sauce to taste
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain grease.

2Cook celery, green pepper and onions; add to beef.

3Add rest of ingredients to beef mixture and simmer for 30 minutes.
