  • 3 cans (16 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1 tiny can tomato paste
  • 1 package of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 package italian sausage

Directions

    Cook sausage and cut into pieces.

    Combine all ingredients in deep pan and slow cook over medium-low heat for several hours.
