- 1 peck ripe tomatoes
- 4 bell peppers (medium)
- 5 large onions
- 1 pt. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- hot pepper to taste (about 3)
Directions

1Cut up peeled tomatoes into quarters.

2Chop bell peppers, onions and hot peppers.

3In a large stewing pot, bring all ingredients to boil, then cook slowly for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

4The sauce may be canned or let sauce cool and then freeze.
