  • approximately 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, garlic powder, garlic salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 to 1 c. milk
  • 3 to 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped

    Beat egg in milk and add all spices.

    Break up bread and let soak for awhile.

    Add meat and onion.

    Mix and make into meatballs.

    Brown.
