  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup (225 ml) green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 7 oz (196 grm). spaghetti, broken, cooked, rinsed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) vinegar
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

    Mix vegetables and cooled spaghetti noodles together.

    Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together; pour over cabbage mixture.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Chill overnight.
