Spaghetti With Fresh Tuna

  • 1 tuna steak fresh
  • 1 tomato ripe
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 olive oil drizzle
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 sprig fresh dill
  • 1 sprig basil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

    Cook the spaghetti to al dente.

    Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan.

    Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan, and saute chopped onion and garlic.

    Add the tomatoes, seedless and cut into cubes. Cook until the tomatoes are tender.

    Add the wine.

    Season with a pinch of salt, and let simmer.

    Add the tuna cut into cubes, cook for 4 minutes, and add the spaghetti.

    Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, dill, and fresh basil.
