  • 2 tbsp spaghetti water
  • 100 grams spaghetti
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 small shallot
  • 1/2 thumb size ginger
  • 1 leeks cut in ring
  • 3 deseeded red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (kikomon) teriyaki sauce

    bring water to a boil then add salt and spaghetti and simmer for 8 minute then drain and add olive oil and set aside

    STIR FRY TERIYAKI SPAGHETTI

    in pan with oil saute pounded paste and leeks with red chili pepper

    then add cooked spaghetti with 2 tbsp of spaghetti water

    add teriyaki sauce and stir fry till almost dry then off heat and serve immediately
