Name: Spamwiches
Ingredients: 4 c. Spam (large size), grated; 2 c. Colby cheese, grated; 4 Tbsp. onion, thinly diced; 4 Tbsp. green pepper, thinly diced; 2 Tbsp. pimento, diced; 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle, thinly diced; 4 Tbsp. catsup; 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise; 10 hot dog buns

4 Tbsp. onion, thinly diced
4 Tbsp. green pepper, thinly diced
2 Tbsp. pimento, diced
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle, thinly diced
4 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
10 hot dog buns

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except buns, throughly.

Spread on buttered hot dog buns and wrap in foil for oven baking or Saran Wrap for the microwave.

Bake 15 minutes at 325° (preheated) oven. Bake on High in microwave just long enough to heat through. Freeze leftover sandwiches and thaw before baking.

A great sandwich to keep in the freezer for snacks.
