{"0":"Wash and dry spinach. Heat oil in large pan. Add spinach and green onions and cook until spinach wilts. Place in colander to drain. When cool, squeeze out the water from the spinach.","2":"In separate bowl, crumble feta cheese, mix in garlic, parsley, nutmeg and pepper to taste.
