- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cook and drain well
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; chill.

2Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350°

3or until they start to brown slightly.

4Makes 75 to 100 appetizers. These may be frozen, uncooked. Thaw 20 minutes before baking.
